When I initially tried to use Humanities Commons, the “Activate your CAA Commons account” email was captured by our spam filter. Confusing! I notified out systems administrator, he has whitelisted the domain, and emails are now coming through.
Wish I could suggest what triggered the spam filter. Is there something that needs to be changed in the email’s language?
Ah thanks so much for letting us know and for making sure it’s whitelisted! I get the sense that it’s rather arbitrary and up to the individual email systems but I am not an expert in such things! I will certainly let the rest of the HC team know so we can look into it more…
